Get help with the macOS app, iPhone and iPad companion app, BurnBar Cloud, BurnBar Cloud Pro, provider connections, account deletion, or privacy requests.

For app support, billing-flow questions, App Store subscription recovery, or account/data deletion help, email support@openburnbar.app.

Include your device type, app version, and the provider or screen where the issue happens. Do not send API keys, session cookies, or provider secrets.

Subscription help

BurnBar Cloud and BurnBar Cloud Pro are auto-renewable subscriptions. Billing is handled by the purchase platform: Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe. Manage, cancel, or request refunds from the platform where you purchased.

Cloud Pro allowance

Cloud Pro includes 500 hosted Agent Control actions and 50 relay-accounting GB each month. Extra hosted actions and relay are prepaid top-ups. If allowance or caps are exhausted, hosted Agent Control and Floo relay pause instead of silently spending more.

Account and data deletion

In the iOS app, go to You > Settings > Account > Delete account. This deletes OpenBurnBar cloud data for the signed-in account and signs you out. Local macOS data remains on your Mac until you remove the app support folder.

Privacy and terms

Review the data model, optional sync behavior, subscription terms, and contact information before enabling cloud features.

Support macros

Refund request

Ask where the purchase was made, route Apple/Google purchases to store policy, and handle eligible Stripe refunds through support.

Chargeback or disputed payment

Explain that confirmed disputes revoke the matching entitlement and ask for the Stripe payment or store transaction reference.

Cancel a subscription

Send the user to Apple, Google Play, or Stripe billing management; cancellation stops renewal but keeps access until the paid period expires.

Cloud Pro top-up exhausted

Explain that hosted actions and relay are prepaid before use, BYOK actions do not consume hosted action credits, and monthly caps still apply.

App Check or permission denied

Confirm sign-in, app version, entitlement status, and device trust before escalating with UID and timestamp.

Grandfathered Hosted Quota Sync

Clarify that legacy subscribers keep Group A Cloud features, but the legacy $4.99 plan is not a new purchase path and does not unlock Cloud Pro.

Trial or introductory offer

BurnBar Cloud monthly and annual include a 14-day introductory free trial for new subscribers. BurnBar Cloud Pro and top-ups do not include an introductory trial.
