BurnBar Cloud, Cloud Pro, and Ultra are auto-renewable subscriptions. Billing is handled by the purchase platform: Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe. The Microsoft Store Windows package is free. Manage, cancel, or request refunds from the platform where you purchased a subscription.
Manage Apple subscriptionsCloud Pro includes 500 hosted Agent Control actions and 50 relay-accounting GB each month. Extra hosted actions and relay are prepaid top-ups. If allowance or caps are exhausted, hosted Agent Control and Floo relay pause instead of silently spending more.
In the mobile app, go to You > Settings > Account > Delete account. On Windows or macOS, open Settings > Account > Delete Account. This deletes OpenBurnBar cloud data for the signed-in account and signs you out. Local data remains on the device until you remove the platform's OpenBurnBar support folder.

Tell us where you bought. App Store purchases follow Apple's refund policy; future Google Play purchases follow Play policy; Stripe Checkout purchases are refunded by support when eligible.
A confirmed payment dispute revokes the matching subscription or top-up. Include your Stripe payment or store transaction reference so we can trace it quickly.
Cancel anytime in your Apple subscriptions or Stripe billing portal. Google Play management arrives with the public Android listing. Cancelling stops renewal; access continues until the paid period ends.
Hosted actions and relay transfer are prepaid before use. Bring-your-own-key actions never consume hosted action credits, and monthly caps still apply.
